Camping at The Dancing Fish

What you need to do to reserve a spot:

2. Provide approximate date of your last visit to The Dancing Fish property
3. Provide name and cell phone number
4. Provide date of arrival and estimated time
5. Provide date of departure and estimated time
6. Provide type of camping (tent, camping trailer, vehicle, RV—if so, what size)

What you need to know about The Dancing Fish Property

1. There is no cost to camp; however, understand that this is private property. Abide by the owner’s wishes.
2. The property is a wildlife sanctuary—gopher tortoises, sandhill cranes, red tail fox, deer, snakes (poisonous and nonpoisonous), alligators in the lake, etc. Respect the wildlife.
3. No pets, no exceptions.
4. No generators during your stay on the property.
5. Camp sites are from the parking area stretching south towards State Road 26. There are no camp sites north of the parking area to include the shore line.
6. The Main House is the property owner’s personal residence. The Blue Guesthouse and the Brown Guesthouse is where the band resides. Please refrain from loitering around those houses.
7. The Main House rose garden and Brown Workshop is a private area.

Property Amenities

1. Two showers are available for campers. One inside the Dancehall and one outside shower at the Blue Guesthouse.
2. Four bathrooms are available for campers. One inside the Dancehall, two behind the Dancehall, and one inside the Blue Guesthouse far left door on the southside.
3. Well water is available in the Dancehall and throughout the property. Look for white PVC spigots.
4. City water is available via outside spigots at the Blue Guesthouse and the Main House.
5. Two docks. One behind Main House (please enter and exit via the citrus grove) and one to the right hand side of the Main House.
