What you need to know about The Dancing Fish Property
There is no cost to camp; however, understand that this is private property. Abide by the owner’s wishes.
The property is a wildlife sanctuary—gopher tortoises, sandhill cranes, red tail fox, deer, snakes (poisonous and nonpoisonous), alligators in the lake, etc. Respect the wildlife.
No pets, with no exceptions.
No generators during your stay on the property
Camp sites are from the parking area stretching south towards State Road 26. There are no camp sites north of the parking area up to the shore line.
The Main House is the property owner’s personal residence. The Blue Guesthouse and the Brown Guesthouse are where the bands reside. Please refrain from loitering around those houses.
The Main House rose garden and Brown Workshop are private areas.
Property Amenities
Two showers are available for campers. One inside the Dance Barn and one outside shower at the Blue Guesthouse.
Four bathrooms are available for campers. One inside the Dance Barn, two behind Dance Barn, and one inside Blue Guesthouse far left door on southside.
Well water is available in the Dance Barn and throughout the property. Look for white PVC spigots.
City water is available via outside spigots at the Blue Guesthouse and the Main House.
Two docks. One behind Main House (please enter and exit via the citrus grove) and one to the right hand side of the Main House.
